Pre-Pandemic Success
After 5 years of dedicated growth, we achieved remarkable success with 56 store openings, 100 employees, 3 offices/commissary locations, and 10 signed franchisees. Our expansion was built on quality food service and strong partnerships across the Philippines.
Pandemic Challenges
The pandemic brought unprecedented challenges - we lost 95% of our employees, our corporate centre, company vehicles, and faced significant financial losses. Despite these setbacks, we pivoted with Varda Cold Products and launched our Reseller Program to adapt and survive.
Endemic Recovery & Growth
Our resilience paid off as we set up Batangas and Mindanao operations, reopened our commissary, and secured major partnerships with Mapua, De La Salle, Ateneo de Davao, PUP, Liberty, Nestle, and Coke. National TV exposure and features by Chinkee Tan and GMA 7 showcased our remarkable comeback story.
